About us
Who we are
We are Ohemaa Green Housing (OGH), an start-up initiative and future alternative construction company that enables to reduce the global plastic production by creating design-orientated, affordable tiny houses with building blocks made of recycled plastic waste in Ghana.
What we do
We are currently building a supply chain which serves to:
1.) produce building blocks made of recycled plastic waste
in Ghana with primarily locally sourced plastic waste.
2.) build Tiny Houses with the building blocks made of recycled plastic waste.
3.) consult tiny house owners on equipping the Tiny House in the most efficient way.
our customers

The WAY
phase 1
In the first phase of our enterprise, we design the architecture of our first two standard models as part of university cooperation. Subsequently, a model will be built as a model house. The construction and furnishing of the model house serve the preparation of a detailed cost plan and the acquisition of future suppliers. Parallel to this, we carry out investigations into the current waste situation in Ghana
phase 2
The second phase will see the construction of a pilot neighborhood in Ghana. We seek to make construction happen in cooperation with a governmental or private instituition. Here we understand our partner as our first customer . The customer may act as a trader and sell the houses to future residents after purchase. The necessary building blocks will be imported for that period of time. Recruitment and training of future construction workers will take place in advance.
The pilot neighborhood as a whole is meant as a market introduction measure to attract the attention of future customers and to gain more details on the needed capacity of the future factory.
phase 3
In the third phase, the construction of the factory takes place. At the same time
the recruiting and training of further employees will take place.
